Creating Art and Coping with the Pandemic

Well, it’s been a while I know. A year and nine months since the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic and it’s not over yet. During these lockdowns and stay home times, I’ve been spending many, many hours with online tutorials and watching live videos, all on the subject of making art. Every day of the week, YouTube and Instagram has something for my creative self. I am so thankful for technology, we are able to stay connected with artists around the world! Making art is good for your mind and soul, something we can all use during these crazy times.

Here is a list of my favorite online recorded and live streams.

Sketchbook: More Art Supplies

In this sketchbook, I am filling it with drawings of my art supplies on hand. I’m still working on this one, with more of my favourite things yet to be sketched!

A favourite cup turned into a brush holder.
One of my favourite earth colour, burnt sienna.
Another useful art supply
Just a bottle of Matte Medium, but still fun to draw.
